Sorry for the lack of posting but, you know, I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 3 week old. Not much gets done around here except for diaper changing and feedings. Anyway, when we brought Sydney in for her check-up she weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce. The doctor weighed her twice because he couldn't believe that she gained 15 ounces in a week! He said they look for newborns to gain about 7 ounces in a week. Sydney doubled the expected weight. He suggested I bottle and sell my milk supply since there was so much. No thanks.

- Steve and I are having a baby! A couple of people asked us to do this so they can follow the baby (and my stomach) growing. We are excited about our new addition to the family. He or she should be here around January 13, 2009. You can never have too many capricorns in the world. And, we are seriously taking any baby name suggestions.
