Fun Game
I totally stole this idea from Christine but I thought it would be fun for our baby too! It's a game where you guess the sex, birth date, height, and weight of the new baby. If your guess comes closest you will win a $25 gift card from Target. If there happens to be a tie, the two winners will each get a $15 gift card from Target. So what are you waiting for? Give it a try!

February Vacation
Usually during this time of year I am itching for a vacation but since we had so many snow days I didn't really feel like that this time around. Nevertheless, Lucas and I had a fun filled week. The first part of the week started with a surprise visit from Holly and fam. Apparently they were bored in New York and thought they'd take a road trip to visit. Lucas had a ball playing with his cousin and was completely wiped out by the time they left on Sunday.

The Pevznamian family made their first visit to the Boston Aquarium. Lucas' favorite part was sitting on a bronze turtle, Steve's favorite part was watching two penguins humping, and my favorite part was going to Legal Sea Foods for lunch (and actually getting to sit and enjoy the entire meal).

Lucas is a Star!
Lucas got his picture in Baystate Parent Magazine! Our friend, Jenn, took pictures at his 2nd party and posted them on her photography website page. Someone from the magazine saw the picture of Lucas and asked to use it for their "celebrate birthdays" issue. Of course, Steve and I jumped at the chance for Lucas to be published! Thank you Jenn!

The Littlest Shahnamian
Steve and I went to get the 20 week ultrasound last week. The docs said it may take a while since I am an "older" mom but it only ended up being about 40 minutes. They said everything looked great!
If you remember we didn't find out the sex of the baby the first time around and I don't want to this time around either. It's killing Steve so I told him if he could figure out the sex of the baby during the ultrasound than that was fine. But, the little one wasn't cooperating much and even the tech couldn't tell Steve the sex. I guess Steve will have to wait until June to find out - just like the rest of us.

Lucas' 2nd Birthday Party
You would think after having 3 snow days over the past 2 weeks that I would've been able to update this blog sooner. Oh well. Lucas enjoyed his "tool" themed party with some close friends and family.
As you can see Lucas enjoyed it!

I even bought gummy tools just to go along with the theme!
The "toolbox" gift bags..
Some of his friends playing with the presents
Our friend, Jenn, happens to be a professional photographer. We were lucky enough to have her take these pictures at the party. She posted a few on Facebook and someone from Boston Parents Magazine noticed them. They want to use a picture of Lucas in their next issue! I will post when it is published. Maybe Lucas can be a model and support his parents?
Here is a picture of the cake. Unfortunately, I messed up the cake on Friday night so poor Steve went out and bought one. I was bummed because I wanted to make Lucas' cake. We added the tools to go with the theme. And, Lucas didn't care. All he tasted was sugar so it didn't matter to him who made it.
